At fwalyssa.com, we strive to provide valuable and effective services to every client. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing or booking services.

1. Coaching, Training Programs, and Consultations

All coaching sessions, personalized training programs, and consultation services are non-refundable once delivered. If you need to reschedule a session, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session without refund.

2. Digital Products (eBooks, Training Plans, Downloads)

Due to the nature of digital content, all purchases of downloadable products are final and non-refundable. If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist.

3. Run Club Events

Free run club meetups do not require payment and therefore are not eligible for refunds. If you register for a paid event or workshop, you may request a full refund up to 48 hours before the event. After that, refunds are not guaranteed.

4. Merchandise or Apparel (via Affiliate Links)

If you purchased apparel or merchandise through an affiliate store such as Obsessive Drive Clothing Co., please refer to their specific refund and return policies. We are not responsible for managing refunds on third-party purchases.

Booking and Cancellation Policy

To provide the best experience for everyone, please review our policies regarding session bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling.

1. Booking Appointments

All coaching sessions, consultations, and personalized training plan discussions must be scheduled in advance through fwalyssa.com or by contacting Alyssa directly.

You will receive a confirmation email once your booking is complete. Please double-check the date and time to ensure accuracy.

2. Rescheduling

Life can be unpredictable—we get it!
You may reschedule a session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.

3. Cancellations

If you need to cancel a session:

  • More than 24 hours in advance – No problem, we’ll cancel or reschedule at no charge.

  • Less than 24 hours notice – You may be charged for the session or lose credit for that appointment.

  • No-shows – Will be considered a late cancellation and are non-refundable.

4. Group Events and Workshops

If you’re registered for a group session, clinic, or special run club event:

  • You can cancel for a full refund up to 48 hours before the event.

  • After 48 hours, refunds are not guaranteed unless the event is canceled by us.

5. Emergencies

We understand that emergencies happen. If you have an unavoidable situation (illness, injury, family emergency, etc.), please reach out. We’ll handle it with compassion and do our best to accommodate.
