A Bit About Me
Hey, I’m Alyssa Armendariz — a lifelong runner, certified coach, future therapist, and the heart behind FW Alyssa. I’m an 8x All-American athlete with a degree in Exercise Science, currently pursuing my master’s in Clinical Psychology to help others grow stronger both physically and mentally. My journey has been shaped by faith, grit, and a deep desire to uplift others through movement, mindset, and purpose. I also founded the O.D. Run Club in Yorba Linda — a supportive community of runners of all levels — and co-founded Obsessive Drive Clothing Co., an activewear brand built to inspire relentless drive.

I graduated from Yorba Linda High School with having a varsity letter in Cross Country and Track. I also participated in other activities such as soccer, band, lacrosse, and ceramics.
Transferred to the University of Saint Mary (KS) after studying at two different colleges beforehand. This is where I earned my bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and earned my 8x All-American honors for both Cross Country and Track.
Currently working at job as a personal trainer and assisting people in bettering their health. I have also worked many other jobs since high school such as: McDonald's, Buffalo Wild Wings, and now Priority One Sound Inc. while running my own businesses.
